Three stage cleaning of harvested grapes for the best sample

The three-stage harvest cleaning system reduces the proportion of leaves among harvested berries to the lowest level possible: before even coming into contact with the grapes, up to 70 percent of leaves are separated out by the cross air nozzle and leaf rake. Juice losses are minimized.

The subsequent bottom suction fan catches yet more leaves before the harvested grapes are conveyed upward on the belt. After this, the suction fan positioned on the cross conveyor belt removes any remaining leaves – so that grapes reaching the tank are of superior quality.
